Use your user identification and password to log into user inteface , from there you have full control over all of you domain settings.
2. I just registered a domain with funio. How do I host that domain on funio?
Funio allows you to manage your domain name settings even if it is not hosted on our servers. For more info visit our domain management section.
3. I just modified my domains DNS settings, but nothing changed.
Once domain DNS settings were modified it takes up to 72 hours for them to propagate over all main internet nameservers.
4. How do I transfer my domain to funio?
To transfer your domain to funio please send an email to our client service department with the detailed information on your domain.
5. How do I register domain without a hosting option?
Just choose a plan that doesnt have any hosting options, later on if you decide you want to host that domain on funio that can easily be done from the user interface.
6. I just registered a domain with funio, but when I did domain lookup afterwards that domain was still listed as available. Why?
Network Solutions the organization that maintains the centralized internet domain name database updates its information twice per day, thus your domain will be flaged as registered withing 24 hours after its registration.
7. Is 35$ CND all I have to pay to register a domain name with funio or are there some other hidden charges?
No, 35$ for domain registration, no other hidden charges.
8. Can someone else register my domain name once it has been registered with funio?
Once the domain has been registered with funio (after you have received a confirmation) your domain becomes reserved for you only.
9. Once the domain name has been registered with funio how much time does it take for it to become visible on the internet?
Once your domain name is registered it takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for it to become visible on the internet.
10. Is it possible to change my personal information once it has been submitted?
All of your information EXCEPT the domain name can be easily modified through client domain interface or billing interface.
11. Once the domain has been registered with funio, how long does it remain registered for?
A domain name remained registered for one year, after that it can be renewed for another full year.
12. I forgot my username/password. How do I recover that information?

13. Can I register more than one domain name using the same user identification?
Absolutely, you can register and manage as many domains us you wish using the same user identification. |
