1. What is your refund policy?

For this types of question please contact our billing department.

2. How often do I get billed?

The billing period for each package depends on the date when the package was purchased. For billing details please click on "list of services" from the main billing interface menu.

3. How do I check my billing history?

Click on "billing history" from the main billing interface menu.

4. How do I update by billing information?

Click on "modify your information" from the main billing interface menu.

5. How do I change my package?

Click on "add or remove service" from the main billing interface menu.

6. Can I pay in any other currency other than Canadian dollars?

You don't have to worry about your currency type. When your credit card is charged the payment amount is automatically converted into Canadian dollars according to the latest conversion rate.
