1. Click on "Tools" , then on "Accounts". A new window will open.

2. Click on "Add", then click on "Mail" . A new window will open.
3. Enter the name that you want tol appear in "From" field in all emails you send. Click on "Next" button.
4. Enter an email address you would like to configure an account for. Click on "Next" button.

5. Leave "POP" option selected in the first field.
Enter into
the second and third fields your domain name (example: www.domain.com). Click on "Next" button.

6. Enter into the first field the email address that you would like to be checking emails for (Example: user@domain.com). Enter the password for that user into the second field. Click on "Next" button.
7. You have now successfully completed your email configuration. Click on "Finish" button.
